“Some people say that I should study to become a climate scientist so that I can ‘solve the climate crisis’. But the climate crisis has already been solved. We already have all the facts and solutions. All we have to do is to wake up and change.”
― Greta Thunberg, No One Is Too Small to Make a Difference
All About Project Marigold
Learning about Climate Change within schools is not widely heard of. In school, we learn more about the classic education, math, science, English, history, etc., but, what should be added is climate change. This is because many educators decided that learning about climate change is too difficult to teach, the knowledge out there too unknown to truly be taught and to add to that, many parents think that keeping such knowledge about climate change is better. But, that does not mean all teachers and parents think that climate change should not be taught in schools and in this section, we are going to discover new techniques and ways to teach students around the world about climate change.
Project Marigold is a way to read online about the different ways we can help students around the world about climate change and help them be educated about the vast topic of climate change. Whether it’s through an online course or a school course, or anytime within your daily life, this project is to help gain knowledge on climate change little by little every day. I would love to hear your thoughts on whether the school curriculum should add climate change as a topic in school down in the comments below or you can write to me about some questions that you have or about anything. Thank you for listening and please enjoy and I hope you learn something new!
I PUBLISH EVERY TUESDAY AND THURSDAY (CST 1 PM) OR WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY (SGT 2 AM)
